The First Steps
The first step in developing high quality web sites is to correctly interpret the clients requirements. Our goal is to meet the clients expectations and design their web site to look and perform they way they expected it to.
This starts in our initial meetings where we discuss your goals and objectives, such as how you see your company compared to your competitors, and the message you wish to convey to those who will see and use your web site. After forming a clear understanding, we return with your "Web Site Diagram" a blue print or plan for the construction of your web site or web application. The purpose of this diagram is to provide you with a level of comfort that we do understand what you want us to create and how it will work.
We will also provide the client with a "Web Design Statement of Work." Our SOW documents and outlines everything that will be required by both parties such as a time line with milestones, due dates, deliverables, project costs, and more. The idea is to give the client a complete understanding of what will be involved and the project responsibilities that lay with the client and 507 Media Studios to properly complete the clients project.
Project Commencement
Throughout the design and development process, we will make the clients web site available through our Developer Portal. Our Developer portal allows you the client to review anytime during the design and development the status of your project. This feature allows for constant observation and collaboration between you and your web site designers and programmers, and your project manager, and to assure that the project is meeting your approval every step of the way. The last thing we want is to make a significant investment in design and development time only to find the project has taken a wrong turn.
As your web site nears completion, we will prepare to move your site into our secure web site hosting program. After your site is thoroughly tested and we have received your final approval, it will be launched and made available on the public Internet.
